"Tristan and Sarah were a great team from day one. We were looking for SD houses long distance (from TX) and ONE magically had all the criteria we were looking for. We called the seller as soon as we could and was told it was already under contract. We were crushed. Knowing how badly we wanted the house, and our desire to work quickly, we found Tristan through a friend and we immediately clicked. Tristan worked hard to see what he could do. Just hours later, he had documentation for our offer on the house! Within days, we toured the house, got our offer accepted, and started the buying process. We thought things would be slower being long distance, but everything was done so quickly with the help of their digitial system. However, the help did not end there. The team set up the inspection appointment, appraisals, surveys, gave us lender and insurance agent suggestions, utility companies and numbers, etc etc.. The MOST impressive thing (besides being miles away) was his magical power of always being available. Tristan communicated through phone calls, texts and Facebook messages, within hours, and most of the time even minutes. The process felt like you were dealing with a realtor who just happened to also be your friend. Not one that made you feel inferior, or used advanced mumbo jumbo. Any questions we had, even our dumb ones as first time home buyers, he answered in easy human terms. Even after the purchase, knowing our move in would be delayed due to military training, he's still working hard, watching our house, forwarding our mail, and even sent us a nice little Christmas gift. I highly recommend the Emond team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, you will not be disappointed!"

"Tristan was referred to me by a mutual friend. I heard he was laid back and great to work with. As a first time homebuyer, purchasing a house seemed a bit overwhelming. "First some background...
When we bought our home in 2005 we used a realtor that fell into our laps. He was a nice person, but I questioned his experience and, in the end, I questioned his loyalty. Did he have our best interests at heart?
Fast forward to 2013, we knew Tristan through a common connection and, in large part, my wife chose Tristan and Sarah. I was basically along for the ride. I had reservations about all realtors based on past experience. And, as it turned out, I represented our interests since my wife had limited access to telephones and email during the day. In other words, I worked with Tristan and Sarah on almost a daily basis. And....
working with Tristan and Sarah was a joy. They seemed to be always available (despite what I know was a busy schedule). They answered all of our questions in a timely way. We sold our 2005 home through them quickly and, then, turned around and bought our new home through them (basically, we downsized). The process was seamless from A thru Z. It could not have been more trouble-free. Tristan and Sarah held my hand through the entire process (figuratively). Tristan worked closely with our banker, inspector, and title company. He left nothing undone and kept a close eye on the details of the two transactions (even to the extent of gently nudging me on occasion).
Bottom line: They made me believe again! I highly recommend them!"
