Hey, I’m Tristan Emond.

I’ve been a Rapid City Realtor since 2006—surviving market swings, tech upgrades, and far too many bad house puns. I help people buy and sell homes in Rapid City and the Black Hills with zero pressure, just honest guidance and a dash of humor.

I founded the Emond Team at Mindful Living Realty with Sarah my wife in 2016. Our approach? Treat clients like people, not paychecks. Build relationships, communicate clearly, and do the job right.

Specialties include:

• Relocation, including military PCSing to Ellsworth Air Force Base
