I've teamed up with Joey Dobbs with Rushmore Mortgage to provide a series of audios that discusses straight from the broker's mouth about the different types of mortgage loans and programs available - from the VA Loan to the My Community Loan. Unfortunately due to the recent "mortgage crisis", many lenders are not offering 100% financing as easy. They are still possible with good credit and job history, but they are presently no longer the norm.

Our goal is to provide you with honest and accurate information to help you make educated decisions and help reduce the stress of the home buying process. We've also discussed the loan application process and what kind of job history is required to get into a loan.
